Our specialty is whatever the client desires! As a custom jewelry brand, we guide our clients through designing the perfect engagement ring for them, no matter the stone cut or ring style.

Do you offer custom designs?

Kimberfire specializes in custom jewelry designs. Our personalized custom design process begins with an initial consultation with one of our expert diamond and jewelry consultants. During this meeting, we discuss your preferences, inspirations, desired style, and budget, and help you select any stone(s) required for the design. Our talented designers then create detailed 3D renderings for your review and approval. Once you’ve approved the design, our skilled artisans handcraft your unique piece, typically taking approximately 4 to 6 weeks from the approval stage to completion, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

What’s your bestselling engagement ring? Why do you think it’s so popular?

Each engagement ring we create is one-of-a-kind, so technically there can be no best seller. That being said, most of our engagement rings trend toward classic and timeless designs.

Our clients are typically looking for an engagement ring that best represents them and their current preferences, while being one that they will hopefully love and wear for the rest of their lives. This is why we tend to gravitate toward classic and timeless designs.

Yes, we do have financing plans available, with terms able to be customized to each client’s needs and preferences.

What are some of your shipping & resizing policies?

Shipping within Canada is free of charge, and we offer free resizing within the first year after purchase. We also service and maintain our jewelry for life, with free annual inspection and polishing, and a quick clean as frequently as our clients like. There are no returns of custom designed pieces, but we offer 30 day returns on our ready-to-wear jewelry.
