Anouk Jewelry is a Toronto engagement ring studio by jewellery designer, Anat Kaplan. Anat has been creating beautiful engagement rings since 2010. You can learn more about Anouk Jewelry in our interview below.
What type of engagement rings are your speciality?
I specialize in organic designs. My designs are often inspired by natural textures and feature organic lines. My rings are hand sculpted and finished individually for that one of a kind touch. I work with gold and precious stones, preferring colourful sapphires, diamonds and sometimes lab grown gemstones as well.
Do you offer custom designs?
I love creating custom work! Whether it be redesigning an old family ring that’s out of style, or repurposing my clients’ gemstones, I am always glad to give an old piece of jewelry a new life. Typically I meet my clients in person or chat over the phone, and once we agree on the design, I get to work. Depending on the complexity of the piece, custom rings may take four to eight weeks to create from scratch.
What’s your bestselling engagement ring?
It’s hard to say, as they change all the time! One of my latest best selling rings is probably the Vintage Rosetta ring.
Why do you think it’s so popular?
The vintage rosetta is a very versatile design. It can accommodate an oval or a round gemstone, whether it’s a sapphire, a diamond, a moissanite or even an aquamarine. The diamond halo around it can feature more or less accent stones (diamonds, etc), depending on the central stone’s size. It has that vintage, timeless elegance with an organic finish.
Where are your engagement rings made?
I make all the jewelry myself, by hand in my studio.

What are your shipping and sizing policies?
My jewelry is made to order, customized per your specifications. Therefore rings and custom orders are non-cancelable and non-refundable. All other items may be returned within 14 days of receipt, in its original condition, for exchange or credit. First time resizing is complimentary, within a year of purchase. We ship world-wide with an insured FedEx service, the fees depend on the destination. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
